About

David Wiley is an accomplished entrepreneur and marketing strategist with a career spanning more than two decades. Born in Roanoke, Virginia, while his father served as a Marine officer in Vietnam, David relocated to Atlanta in 1972 and has lived in the metro area ever since. His early years were defined by discipline, teamwork, and leadership, which he carried onto the football field at Wofford College, where he became a two-time All-American (1989 & 1990), senior-year team captain, and graduated with a Business Economics degree. David launched his first business in 1998, selling HP toner cartridges to Fortune 500 companies such as Coca-Cola, Bayer, the NFL, and Lockheed Martin. This entrepreneurial success laid the foundation for Belief Marketing Services, which he founded in 2014. Today, David focuses on generating high-quality revenue streams for clients across personal lending, home warranty, wireless, and especially legal marketing—a niche he has specialized in for the last six years. He is recognized for his ability to deliver highly qualified motor vehicle accident claimants with near-immediate incident dates, driving measurable results for his clients. Beyond business, David has dedicated much of his time to coaching and service. He coached girls’ soccer for eight years, taking a recreational U9 team all the way to a Top 10 ranking in Georgia by the time they reached U13. His nonprofit, Cash In Time Ministries, provides emergency relief for individuals without a safety net, helping cover rent, utilities, and groceries for those in need.
